Clem Biney Unveils Official Cover for Upcoming EP “I AM THAT I AM” Scheduled to be released on September 5th
Clem Biney has officially revealed the album cover for his highly anticipated EP, “I AM THAT I AM.” The project, set to be one of his most thought-provoking works yet, draws inspiration from a global reawakening of consciousness and humanity’s quest for truth.
According to Clem Biney, the title “I AM THAT I AM” reflects a powerful shift in awareness — a moment where humanity begins to rediscover its true history and reality. “What was once accepted as false is now being revealed as truth,” he explained, pointing to the deep spiritual and cultural themes embedded throughout the EP.
Themes of Awakening, Africa, and Global Change
The body of work goes beyond just music; it is a bold statement on today’s socio-political and economic climate. Biney touches on the impending global economic crash, the gathering of the chosen people, and the transition into a new era of peace, harmony, and self-realization.
One of the standout tracks, “T.A.B (Take Africa Back),” serves as a passionate ballad calling for the reclamation of Africa from the lingering effects of colonial rule. Through powerful lyrics, the record highlights the continent’s struggle against systemic deprivation while urging self-governance and empowerment.
A Fusion of Hip-Hop and Afrobeats While the EP carries heavy themes of truth and awakening, it also celebrates African culture through infectious rhythms and melodies. Tracks like “Jameela” and “Hold On” embrace the vibrancy of Afrobeats, offering danceable, uplifting tunes that balance the project’s more hard-hitting songs.
On the other hand, Clem Biney doesn’t shy away from addressing personal battles. His gritty single “Receipts” takes direct aim at critics and haters while recounting the struggles he has faced on his journey into the music industry.
A Journey Into Self and Sound
In its entirety, “I AM THAT I AM” is more than just an EP — it is a spiritual and cultural manifesto.
Blending sharp lyricism, storytelling, and infectious afrobeat melodies, Clem Biney delivers a project that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
Set for release on September 5th, Clem Biney’s upcoming EP “I AM THAT I AM” is already generating anticipation. The project is poised to spark meaningful conversations about identity, truth, and Africa’s place in a rapidly evolving world. Bold and unapologetic, the EP reflects a journey of self-discovery, resistance, and celebration through music.
